Tea

So I found an amazing tea. A white chia mix that is just tasty. After tasting it at the tea store I just couldn't resist. After just buying a little we had to go back and buy some more. I have had tea almost every morning. Tea had just replaced coffee at home from home. Still gotta love some Starbucks, but at home gotta love the tea.

Homework

Husband doing homework = wife that shops alone. So yesterday Donny and Josh did some homework at Boarders at the Flatirons Mall and I had to go shopping all alone. Really it was walking around the mall so I didn't have to sit at Boarders for hours. I did get some tea and a sweet birthday present for Haleigh. And that's what happens when your husband is getting is PhD/

Visit 2

I just couldn't resist going to see Krissy and Zavrick again before I left to come back to Boulder. So Sunday morning I went and visited them again. Oh, Zavrick is just so cute! And don't just believe me, look for your self.

I could have stayed there all day and watched him sleep. So cute.

Junction

While I was in Junction I sure had a lot of fun. I got to see Zavrick and Krissy, hangout with Jackie, and shop with Mom. I had such a fun time while I was there and I can't wait to do it again. I still can't believe that I drove there alone.

Zavrick Oakley

So on September 17th, 2010 Zavrick Oakley was born at 8:10pm, weighing 7lbs 10oz and 19.5in long. I was so excited that I got go to Junction and was able to go and meet Baby Z just hours old. I can't wait to him again and don't you think he is just super cute?

All Alone

A few weeks ago I drove all the way to Grand Junction by myself. I know its crazy, but I decided to go since Krissy was being induced and I really wanted to meet Baby Z and I could spend the weekend hanging with Mom shopping. The weekend that I went turned out to workout for everyone. Donny had a ton of homework and I got to shop and meet Zavrick! Still crazy that I drove all alone. It wasn't to bad, but definitely better with someone else. I would do it again except not in the snow weather.

Why?

So why have there not been many posts on here this month? Well, mostly it has to do with Donny needed the computer to do his homework and the fact that we have one computer. So here in the next few day I am going to have to blog like crazy if I am to get all my posts in for the month. So the next few days there are going to be a lot of posts.

Well

I guess that I really need to get on here and write something. So much stuff has been going on and I should really write about it. Well you can go read stuff at our photography blog to see whats going on. Hopefully something new will be here soon!

It's Monday

It's Monday I today is the third day that I have gotten up early. There is seriously something wrong with this picture. I am babysitting all day to day and this weekend I watched Emma, Aidan, and Madie so I have been quiet busy. I was kinda hoping to sleep in today like normal, but those plans apparently changed. Guess I won't complain about getting some more money though. Hope I don't fall asleep on the job and today is a good day.

Weddings

I am just amazed every time I look through pictures from weddings. Each time they get better and this last wedding defiantly topped them all. It's the most pictures we have ever taken at one wedding with the least amount of duplicates. This I give credit to watching Jasmine Star. She taught me that one person should be doing the formals while the other is doing candid or details. And from this Donny and I were a great team! This is one of my favorite pictures from the day. I don't even remember taking.

Driving

Well we left Boulder Thursday night after Donny's class and got to Junction around 1am. It was a long drive and seemed much longer than normal because it was dark and you could not see anything. Had to get up early and go to yet another dentist appointment. Now I will be flossing more...I had three more cavities filled all in-between teeth. Apparently from not flossing enough and the fact that some teeth just more cavity prone than others. Yesterday we had Mike and Stephanie's wedding and all went well. But I am sore. Wedding photography is hard work. It takes a lot to stand 8-10 hours and eat one meal. Thanks to Chick-fil-a I wasn't too hungry. I not call this meal a breluner...that's breakfast, lunch, and dinner in one.

September

Another month gone and September is here. Wow. I am excited to see what the month has to offer. Hopefully its lots of great sub jobs and a school continues to go great for Donny! We are starting this month of with a fabulous wedding on Saturday. Baby Zavrick will be born this month! Mom has an induction date of Sept 20th, but has preeclampsia so it will probably be sooner (maybe even this weekend! we will be in Junction), but you know babies...they have a mind of their own. I can't wait for the weather to cool down a bit...wanting to wear all my awesome fall/winter cloths. Although I am not really looking forward to the snow. September should be good and I really can't believe that there is only three more months left in the year. Oh my. Here's to a great September.
