Treyce's Graduation!

Congratulations! GJHS Class of 2009

Wow!

School is finally over and the homework is gone! I haven't got my final grades but I know that I passes, which means that I got at least a B in all my classes! This is super excising because I don't think that I could do it again.
The first weekend of no homework was a busy one with graduations. On Tuesday Treyce graduated from high school and then on Saturday it was Mesa States graduation. On Friday we had a party for Treyce and then partied on Saturday with several friends who graduated. What a fun weekend. Pictures of graduations to come soon.
Now that school is over there is so much to do with all of this free time I don't know what I should do with all of it. I will soon find ways to occupy my time as for now I am just enjoying the fact that I have no homework! Here's to a great summer!

Its been a long time

I can't believe how long it has been since I have posted. There is just reason for this...SCHOOL. Right now I am so busy with school if feels like I only sleep, shower, eat, go to school, and type on the computer. I am waking up early and not going to bed until late. Its only been six weeks and I have a feeling that more is to come. Its Spring Break! YEAH! Well, not really I have to study for a mid-term, write two literacy lesson plans, write one science lesson plan, unit check up #3, FCA #7, read Ch.9 for math, post for art, write an art lesson, and finish art projects. This is all stuff to do that just due the week after spring break. I would also like to try to get ahead on some things so I don't die in the next nine weeks to come. If you are reading this and want to be a teacher, just talk to me for about ten minutes and you might change your mind. You might still want to be a teacher you just might not want to go to my school. The only thing that is keeping me from going completely crazy is being in my elementary classroom. I love going there on Monday and Tuesdays and wish I could be there more. I hope when all this is over I will look back and think it wasn't that bad in the end. Hopefully I have somewhat of a fun spring break. I am planning on going to Denver with my mom for a few days and I know that will be fun!

Class Again...

Classes are starting again and I cannot believe that it. Totally not looking froward to the readings and homework but it is one step closer to being done. After I complete this semester of methods I will have one semester left and I am done!! Hopefully class goes well tomorrow. Guess I better get back to my pre-class homework.

Just another picture of Madie with her big brother. This is such an adorable picture I just had to share it.

Baby Madie Portraits!

Surprise! Uncle David and Cheri came to town as a surprise for Papa and Nannie so while they were here we were able to shoot some portraits of Madie. I just love how they turned out. Since Donny had to go to Telluride for a high school climbing comp (he helps coach the team) I had the honor of taking the pictures all by myself. Don't worry Donny got a few pictures in once he got back.

Happy Birthday!

Today is my birthday! I can't believe that it is already here again. I celebrated by getting breakfast delivered by mom, along with a day of shopping with Donny, then it was a dinner with the family. I got some sweet stuff, wait until you see some of the things. Until next year!

The awesome Chocolate Cheese Cake Clara made.

From Mom. Perfect for the teacher to be. I am sure I will not be in short supply of these someday in the future.

Sweet scarf and a new calendar!

Sweet giraffe purse from Donny!
